My homemade Creole Food | Bon jounen Kwéyòl tout moun.
I know I am late with this post but was very busy!. On October 27th was Creole Day in Saint Lucia, therefore, I was fortunate to get some Caribbean staples and salt fish (cod) in France at a Chinese restaurant. I prepared a light soup, green fig and salt fish, accra( fish cakes), fred ripe plantain, salad. Bakes and fry fish prepared by friends. We also indulge in the bouden(boudain) and some fine wine.🍷😜 A simple preparation but delicious.
