For me, cooking is like art — a way to express love, culture, and creativity. Anyone wants to hire me? Just kidding πŸ˜πŸ˜‹πŸ’œ

I had the pleasure of preparing a Caribbean spread for our guests, and sharing my culture through food is something I truly love. I also enjoy discovering and trying new cuisines, so this evening felt extra special. It was a wonderful night — every dish turned out delicious, and most importantly, our guests truly enjoyed it. On the menu: traditional chicken thigh stew with caramelized sugar, chicken curry wings the right way (just like my mom taught me), macaroni and cheese, green banana salad, carrot slaw, fried plantains in coconut oil, and a simple cake topped with honey-infused banana slices (I should have made a coconut cake though πŸ€ͺ). Of course, my famous spiced rum punch for apΓ©ro, and for dessert, a Caribbean-style cafΓ© gourmand. For me, cooking is like art — a way to express love, culture, and creativity. Anyone wants to hire me? Just kidding πŸ˜πŸ˜‹πŸ’œ
